Please Note : A Non refundable deposit is required for all bookings and is non refundable nor transferable. A Minimum 72 Hours is required for all rescheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY & SALON POLICIES
Please Note : A Non Refundable deposit is required for all bookings. A minimum notice of 72 hours is required for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If you fail to provide 72 hours notice, the entire scheduled service will be charged to the card saved on file. If you have already paid a deposit, the remaining scheduled service amount will be charged.
Late Or No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If a deposit has already been paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the saved card used during the time of booking. We will always do our best to rectify any issues if you are not satisfied - If Contact is made within 3 days, We offer one alter appointment. We do not offer refunds.
